ANC Sales Suites — Terms of Service

Each Suite is a private business tool. Only people whose email address has been approved by an administrator for that Suite may use it. Approval may be changed or removed at any time.

• You must sign in with your own approved Google account and complete two-factor authentication.
• Do not share your account, sign-in, or authenticator device with anyone, and do not let others use a Suite through your session.
• Sign out when using a shared or public computer.
• Notify us right away at seth@anchomeproducts.com if you lose your authenticator device or suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Each Suite contains confidential business information belonging to ANC, the Partner, and the Partner's customers, including pricing, quotes, customer details, and sales materials. You agree to:

• use it only to perform work for the Partner the Suite was built for;
• not copy, download, share, or disclose it to anyone who is not an approved user of that Suite without written permission; and
• handle customer personal information carefully and only for the purpose it was provided.

These obligations continue after your access ends.

You may not:

• try to access data, pages, or features you are not authorized to use;
• bypass, disable, or probe a Suite's security or access controls;
• use automated tools to scrape or extract data;
• copy, reverse-engineer, or resell a Suite or its design;
• upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others' rights; or
• use a Suite for any purpose other than the Partner's business.

ANC owns the Suites, including their software, design, and features. Business information entered into a Suite belongs to the Partner the Suite was built for, and ANC uses it only to provide and support that Suite. Your access does not give you any ownership rights.

ANC or the Partner may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms or the end of your working relationship with the Partner. When your access ends, you must stop using the Suite and return or delete any Suite information in your possession.

The Suites are provided "as is" and "as available." ANC does not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing, calculations, or other outputs are accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing quotes and other outputs before relying on them or sharing them with customers.

Pricing estimates. Pricing tools in a Suite produce estimates for quoting purposes only. Prices, availability, and specifications are not final and must be confirmed in Vinyl Design's FeneVision system before placing an order or committing to a price with a customer. ANC is not responsible for differences between a Suite estimate and the confirmed price.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of a Suite.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of a Suite after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
