ANC Sales Suites — Privacy Policy

From your Google account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.

Two-factor authentication. When you set up an authenticator app, we store a secret key used to verify your 6-digit codes. We never receive or store the codes on your phone or any other data from your authenticator app.

Account and access records. We keep a list of approved users for each Suite (email address, role, and active status), along with sign-in times and session information needed to keep you signed in and to enforce security rules.

Information you enter. A Suite stores the business information you and other users enter, such as customer names, contact details, project details, and quotes.

Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of requests, for security and troubleshooting.

• To verify your identity and confirm you are an approved user.
• To provide the Suite's features and keep you signed in on your device.
• To protect the Suites, including detecting and preventing unauthorized access.
• To support, maintain, and improve the Suites and respond to your requests.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share information only as needed to run the Suites:

• The Partner. Information in a Suite is available to the Partner that the Suite was built for and to that Partner's approved users. We do not share one Partner's Suite data with another Partner.
• Service providers. Google (sign-in) and Lovable and its infrastructure providers (hosting and database) process information on our behalf.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ANC, our Partners, users, or others.
• Business transfers. If ANC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Suites use cookies and browser storage only to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser's site data will sign you out.

We keep account information while you are an approved user. When your access is removed, we may retain your account records and the business information you entered as long as needed to provide the Suite to the Partner and for business, legal, and record-keeping purposes. When a Partner's Suite is discontinued, we will return or delete its data as agreed with that Partner.

Access requires Google sign-in, approval by an administrator, and two-factor authentication. Data is protected by access rules enforced on our servers. No system is completely secure, so please keep your Google account and authenticator device secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us below. You can also remove a Suite's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings under Security, which will prevent you from signing in.

The Suites are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of a Suite after an update means you accept the revised policy.
